Casa Lucchese is a spacious villa in Sicily Sciacca(240 sq.mt on two stories) located in a secluded beautiful, breathtaking, rural location. The villa is set close to the south coast of Sicily. This villa has recently been completely renovated and modernised whilst capturing all its original charm with beamed ceilings downstairs and upstairs, ceramic and hard floor boards. Very comfortably furnished to a high standard, villa Lucchese is spacious, yet cosy and has been very well equipped, with most of the fittings and furnishings being new. Large fully fitted kitchen including fridge/freezer, built in oven, microwave, blender. Kitchen, sitting room with open fire-place, dining-room, double bedroom, full bathroom with shower and washing machine, are downstairs. Upstairs: second living room with sofa beds, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with three single beds, full bathroom with tub. There is an ample supply of firewood and kindling provided on the sheltered terrace. Plenty of linens, towels and blankets, washing machine (clothes are line dried, of course), iron and board. Telephone, computer with internet access Wi.Fi. (ADSL line), hi-fi, sat. TV, electronic keyboard, many CDs, DVDs and books. Central heating and in the upstairs studio air conditioner. Sheltered barbecue, patio tables and chairs on the terrace. Access is along scenic private driveway less than 1 mile long - worth every moment!

Villa Lucchese covers some 10 acres and is surrounded by hectares of olive groves with sweeping views of the hinterland of Sicily. As far as the eye can see, there are gently rolling hills covered with vineyards and olive groves. The area is extremely quiet and peaceful with stunning views of countryside, remote enough that you rarely hear any noise but the sounds of birds singing. There are excellent walking opportunities in the hilly countryside (there are almost no fences here and the farmers encourage you to go where you like). This villa is perfectly situated for those in search of peace and quiet, ideal for large groups. Villa Lucchese guarantees the most absolute privacy and intimacy to those who wish to spend a special holiday "far from the madding crowd". This Villa is an ideal base for touring throughout the western part of Sicily, all of which are within an easy drive.
